- Yep we love our bacon but when you’re cooking in the amounts that we do when friends come around for a feed this hack will have everyone wondering why they never thought of it first. Thread your bacon rashers onto long metal skewers and rest on strategically placed rocks or logs either side of the fire and stand back and watch it sizzle. Don’t forget to rotiss every now and then.
