CHEESY SCRAMBLED EGG CROISSANTS

Brekky on the beach at sunrise with these little beauties.
8 large eggs100g grated cheddara splash of milksmall bunch chives, snipped4 large croissants
In a bowl, whisk the eggs, cheddar, milk and some seasoning. Pour into a saucepan and heat gently, stirring continuously, until softly scrambled. Stir in chives, then split open croissants (warm them first either in an oven or over the campfire) and put the scrambled eggs inside.
Enjoy with some hot billy tea!
