MAC 'N' CHEESE

An oldy but a goody!
2 cups macaroni½ cup milk3 Tbsp. butter1 cup Gruyère cheese, grated½ cup cheddar cheese, grated½ cup Gooda cheese, grated2 Tbsp. flour½ cup Panko bread crumbssalt and pepper to taste
Prepare pasta according to packet directions.
Place a large cast iron dutch oven on your barbecue or over coals. Melt butter and whisk in milk. Add one tablespoon at a time and whisk in flour until it has thickened. Salt and pepper to taste.
Slowly stir in the cheese blend until it has melted. Reserve some cheese to top the macaroni.
