An easy to make holiday treat, this morish snack is one you're going to want to keep to yourself!

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, sliced
  • 3 cups white vinegar
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 6 cups water
  • Vegetable oil

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven to 220 degrees
  2. Boil potatoes in water and vinegar until tender. Drain and dry thoroughly on paper towel.
  3. Spread potatoes out on a baking dish and drizzle with vegetable oil. Sprinkle with salt, generously, pepper and garlic powder. Toss them around with your hands and spread out in an even layer. Roast about 10-15 minutes or until they begin to brown and go crispy.
