A campfire is not a campfire until you've sat around and eaten too many decadent Smore's and this new take on an age old tradition is a real winner.
Ingredients
3/4 cup cooking chocolate8 large marshmallows; cut in halfCookies for dipping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.In a small cast iron skillet, put chocolate in an even layer.Arrange the marshmallows on top of the chocolate.Bake in the oven for 6-8 minutes, until marshmallows are lightly browned.Remove from the oven and let stand for 5 minutes.Serve with cookies of choice for dipping
