Brisbane Camperland is a family-owned business with over 40 years’ experience and proud to be Australia’s largest Jayco dealership. Located in the beautiful bayside suburb of Tingalpa, we’re continuing to grow and are now seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our dynamic and supportive team.
🚐 About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the friendly and professional face of our busy Service Department. Your role will be to provide exceptional customer care while supporting our workshop and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Key responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in-person and over the phone
- Manage bookings and schedule service appointments
- Provide updates and advice on caravan and motorhome servicing
- Coordinate communication between customers and technicians
- Take payments in person and over the phone
- Liaise closely with the Service Manager and other team members
